I have writen to you twice and I am hoping that you will recieve this email. Back in September of 2003 my husband bought me my dream car, a Hummer H2. I've wanted one since the first time I saw one. From day one I have had nothing but problem after problem with my H2. My husband bought a $57,000 LEMON. I've tried being civil and nice but I get no where.
I've tried going through all the right channels but get no where. I'm tired of being put of by GM. I just want what I paid for. I bought a Hummer to drive a Hummer, not drive a rental car while my hummer is in the service department being fixed for some reason or another.
I would appreciate any help you can give me in getting GM to do the right thing and buy back my LEMON H2 or give me a new one that works like a Hummer is suppose to. I will be waiting for your response on this matter.
