We had ordered a bedroom set from Seaman's Kids for our 2 year old daughter. The name of the collection is The Cotton Candy Collection.

Please inform anyone whon reads this to not buy this product. It is not made well. We recieved the set on a saturday and on sunday the bed collapsed. Luckily my daughter was not hurt. I would not want any one to have the same problems that we did. It is a cheaply made set. Not only did Seaman's Kids sell me faulty bedroom set, but they were not helpful at all. They gave us nothing but problems. They did not want to give us our money back.

We were told that we would get a $100.00 in store credit. So we decided on another set, only because we didn't feel like going through the hassel of fighting with them, because our daughter now had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. They then told us that the credit was for future purchases only. Finally after arguing for three hours at the showroom they finally decided to give us the credit.

We ended up having to spend another $500.00 out of our pockets because of this situation caused by them. We were also told by our salesperson that she had the same complaint about the same set as us only a few days before. I would tell everyone out there reading this to not but from Seaman's or Levitz( they are owned by the same company and we have had problems with their furniture too.).

Their products are not made well and their employees are rude and not helpful. Please spred the word. I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau against their company.
