I was asked to switch to TalkAmerica on 5-13-04 and I said yes. Later that day, Calalier called and I changed to them.
When contacted by Cindy of Talk America later that day I told her to not change my service. She said OK. I went on vacation and when I returned I learned that TalkAmerica was billing me for 5-13-04 to 6-17-04 and Cavalier was billing me for 5-24-04 to present.
I have contacted TalkAmerica by phone over eight times and by e-mail over five times and I still get the same runaround. They are billing me for duplicate service of when I was covered by Cavalier. How can this be? I have asked to speak to supervisors and asked for the President's address so I can address this problem and I still get the runaround.
How can this company be allowed to continue to do business this way and how did they receive a high rating from J.D. Power and Associates? Is anyone else out there in the same boat as me. Please advise. Thanks.
