Chase Manhattan Mortgage - I have paid my mortgage for 21 years. I am 4 years away from my original $56,000 loan being paid off. Now Chase Manhattan Mortgage is trying to force me out of my home, after I paid them thousands of dollars (and most, if not all, of the interest they're going to get out of the life of the loan) so they can greedily tack on humongous late fees, attorney's fees and interest due to arrears I accrued and have paid back over the course of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy

Chase Manhattan Mortgage Unscrupulous!

I have paid my mortgage for 21 years. I am 4 years away from my original $56,000 loan being paid off. Now Chase Manhattan Mortgage is trying to force me out of my home, after I paid them thousands of dollars (and most, if not all, of the interest they're going to get out of the life of the loan) so they can greedily tack on humongous late fees, attorney's fees and interest due to arrears I accrued and have paid back over the course of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. They claim I owe MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT of $56,000---$62,000!!!!!!

After I have paid them for 21 years!!!!!!! Has anyone else had these kind of unscrupulous dealings with these dirt bags? I closed all my Chase accounts but am suffering through a foreclosure since they still have some modicum of power over me with my mortgage.

This bank is the MOST UNSCRUPULOUS BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT with! They also write the ledgers in "codes" so the borrower can't decipher what's going on! When I asked for clarification, they refused! Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fight these unscrupulous greedy entities?
