Penn Warranty Corp, located in Wilkes-barre, PA, telephone number 800-356-9441 refused to pay for transmission repair, saying that there was no authorization for the repairs.

A fax with the price list was sent and discussed over the telephone, they said OK and the work was done. I will be taking them to small claims court.
