After many complaints made to the local business as well as their 1-800 customer service line regarding the poor service we receive including loss of connection almost every phone call made (1-2 X's daily), we were informed that they were unable to fix the problem and that we would not be credited.

 

This problem has been going on for months and I don't think you should have to pay for something that doesn't work.

 

Of course we are stuck through the remainder of the contract even though they did not meet their end of the agreement. Not to mention the extremely rude conduct of the customer service representative. I was completely shocked that he accused me (the customer) of lying about the frequency of loosing the connection.

 

Ironically while talking with the local customer service representative she was witness to the problem. I find it hard to believe we are the only ones having this problem.

AFTER MANY CALLS TO U.S CELLULAR AND TRIPS TO THE STORE I WAS INFORMED THAT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A COPY OF MY CHECK THAT WAS DEPOSITED INTO THE U.S CELLULAR ACCOUNT, THEY WILL STILL NOT INVESTIGATE THEIR MISTAKE OF MOST LIKELY POSTING MY MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT! WHERE DID MY MONEY GO? THEY ARE NOW (U.S CELLULAR) REQUESTING I SEND MY BANK STATEMENT ALONG WITH THE CANCELLED CHECK AGAIN! NO WAY WOULD I SEND THIS VIA FAX, WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL ACCEPT IT! ALMOST ALL THE REPS WERE RUDE AND TOLD ME THEY DIDNT CARE IF I GOT AN ATTORNY! NOW, EVEN THOUGH THAT BILL IS PAID, IT IS SHOWING ON MY ACCOUNT THAT IT IS NOT BECAUSE U.S CELLULAR WONT LOOK FOR THEIR MISTAKE
