I purchased a mobile phone from 3G which was found to be faulty. They told me to take the phone back to the shop.

 

I did, and they cancelled the account for me and sent the phone back and set me up a new account with a new working phone. I later found that they were still billing me for the faulty phone I no longer had.

 

When I checked it with them, they denied having received the phone back and claimed that I still had it even though they had given the dealer a deactivation code
