Mercedes Benz ML320 - 2000 Year Model - The car is barely four years old and is unsafe for my wife to drive, let alone with our three month old daughter as a passenger. Our car has been serviced by the manufacturer's dealership representatives several times and each problem continues to exist and then becomes compounded with others.

The car is barely four years old and is unsafe for my wife to drive, let alone with our three month old daughter as a passenger. The car hesitates and nearly stalls when accelerating from a stop and now the transmission will not shift from first gear.

Each time we have had problems, we have had to tow the car to the dealership and then drive to pick it up. Each time, they claim it is repaired, however that does not turn out to be the case.

Now, we are being told we are outside of the warranty despite the fact we purchased a "premium" extended service plan (still in effect) and the issues all were occuring during the factory warranty period and have never been resolved.
