Best Buy - service department - Appleton, WI - Chicago, IL - Took a laptop in to be repaired had it for 1 year the LAN card never worked when it came back with out the power supply or the restore disk at the time of pick up the Tec guy told me they would sending it next day 3 days later they have no idea what I am talking about and finally told me that I should call Toshiba and order new parts and they would reimburse me

Several phone calls to the Chicago service center with no call returned several calls to the store very few calls came back all said there was nothing that they could do it was out of there hands what the heck is going on you pay 300.00 for a service warranty and this is all you get so I have a laptop that I don't even know if it works because they even had the nerve to send it back fully discharged I do believe that if I ever do get the power supply back it will not be repaired.

My future purchases will be somewhere other then best buy and here I sit paying on a laptop that doesn't work
