Cingular wireless and Letstalk.com - I bought two cellular phones and "family plan 450 with rollover" from LetsTalk.com 06/16/2004. The carrier is Cingular wireless. When I bought it, the website of LetsTalk.com claimed that this plan includes the free mobile to mobile feature.

I bought two cellular phones and "family plan 450 with rollover" from LetsTalk.com 06/16/2004. The carrier is Cingular wireless. When I bought it, the website of LetsTalk.com claimed that this plan includes the free mobile to mobile feature.

But Cingular wireless did not add this feature to my plan from beginning. When I found the problem, I called Cingular wireless and LetsTalk.com more than 10 times from 07/15/2004 - 07/29/2004. LetsTalk.com admitted that my contract includes the free mobile to mobile from beginning. However Cingular wireless refused to correct it until I can show a document which has this feature.

Because I have the receipt from LetsTalk.com which showed the "family plan with 450 rollover" only, and doesnot include the explaination the details of the plan, I cannot find the document they want.

It is too absurd. Just like I bought a car and the receipt should mention the every parts of the car! Otherwise, I will receive a car without engine?

I was overcharged about 200 dollars.
