I was very disappointed after speaking to one of the administrators at the day care. I think her name was Kristen or Kris. She was very informative and polite at first but when I started asking more questions she seemed to become irritated with me.

She became downright impolite by the time I finished speaking to her. I had earlier visited the school with a large tour and just wanted more specific answers to my questions. I feel that if I'm going to send my son to a day care I have the right to know a few things about the teachers and policies.

I will no longer be looking at this center and have decided to send my son to Creme de la Creme, I will be paying the same amount without the attitude.
