I wear your sneakers all the time and I love them. I brought two pairs of the exact same black sneakers about six months ago. I have tried to wear the second pair on numerous occassion and am having a major problem with them due to the fact of the right shoe is rubbing against the side of my foot.

There seems to be a lump of extra material in that area which is not on any of the other three sneaks. I can not wear the sneakers at all and I can't return them to the store where they were brought as they have since closed.

The sneak is the New Balance walking sneak, size 10 (US) with a number on the tongue of the sneak of WW625BK. Your help and cooperation with this problem is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mary C Mary C
