Lane Bryant, Lake Charles, LA - My daughter and I visited the Lane Bryant store in Lake Charles, LA and purchased a pair of Venezia jeans. There was a coupon for "$5.00 any Venezia jean." There was a tear-off section of the coupon with small pictures of models wearing jeans. I presented the coupon upon check-out the cashier would not honor it.

There was a tear-off section of the coupon with small pictures of models wearing jeans. I presented the coupon upon check-out the cashier would not honor it.

She said that was only good on the jeans in the picture (too small to see). I asked for the Manager. I pointed out that the coupon said off ANY pair Venezia jeans and she gave me the same story as the cashier. They were loud and rude with me. They never did honor the coupon. I will NOT be back.
