I have a serious issue with Pay Pal.I used it,albeit years ago,and never used it again.Now I need to start using it again.I was directed to call Pay Pal's LONG DISTANCE number(yeah right,like I am going to call them on my dime when they are the ones in the wrong).I finally did try to call.....5 times.

 

All 5 times I was put on hold for several minutes (unacceptable when I am calling long distance)so I hung up.I have continually written to them,only to be sent form letters that are entirely unhelpful.All I want is a new password so I can create a new account.

 

Apparently Pay Pal sees no reason to help me. No one in this company seems to care about their customers.I am appalled at the uncaring attitude towards customers that Pay Pal is exhibiting.Why do so many websites use this as their only form of payment?
