Sprint still mail bill to me, dabet crease to $100. Even though I have ordered my long distant's service company is SBC last month, and clearely canceled Sprint by phone conversation. They ignore me.

Date:7/28/2004 To: Consumer Complaints From: Ming C. L Dear Officers: This letter is from 2 consumers, Ming C. and Xiang F. We can't bear Sprint Telecompany such traps clients. I hope you give a fair judgment. My phone number is 626-286-06ss. When I ordered this number from local Telecompany SBC, didn't order long distant service because I used telephone card. However Sprint Company services my long distant stealthily for 2 years. They took my monthly payment. Until last month I found the bill amount was too high, then I phoned to SBC and Sprint to question them.
Now I get answer that my brother Xiang L used Sprint cell phone service, so automatically Sprint serviced the number 626-286-06ss that my home's phone, although the number is under my name - Ming C. Lin. I never authorize the Sprint to service my phone 626-286-06ss. I asked Sprint's phone operator to check their paper or voice record, but they couldn't get proof. Therefore, I request Sprint refund my money. They stealthily occupied my long distant service line and intentionally put into high rates ( $5.08/minut for itemized call) to charge me for 2 years. It violated US business law. At 4th times I called Sprint customer service, their operators were unreasonably, illogically denying. At the call of 4th times they asked me to hold on line but never turned back to talk me. Only can do that I gave up the phone after a half of hour. Another complains: My brother Xiang fei Lin had an agreement with Sprint PCS that his cellphone 626-627-52ss would be acted when he comes back to USA. Currently, he still is in China, but PCS has mailed for 2 monthly charge $95.29. Even though no any called numbers show up on the bill. It means he has not call Sprint to act his cell phone. Sprint, Sprint, your company earns money with the illegal way, how long time you will be to continue? Is not any ways can stop Sprint such violations in our country? I don't have record how much of my money ware stolen in these years, and also don't know how many clients ware cheated by Sprint.
