I actually signed up for an emode.com IQ test which was apparently a one-time fee. Months later I received a charge on my credit card account from Tickle Inc. for US$9.95. These charges were reflected in my bank statement. At first I did not take notice of the charges because the amount deems to be small. However, as months passed by, I realised that this has become a permanent monthly feature. They have actually signed me up for a monthly membership without my knowledge. I have paid a price to learn my lesson, i.e. to be careful of online transaction.
