Hello! I've typed out this complaint so much in the past few months, I'm about blue in the face. So I just wanted to make this short & to the point. In April, I ordered an Motorola V400 antenna and battery from Elite Wireless (www.elite-wireless.com).
A few weeks later, I still hadn't received my order. I sent an email inquiry, and they said the products are out of stock and asked if I'd like to choose from something else. I declined the offer and requested a refund. To this date I've not received my products or my money back. I don't want the products (I've ordered 2 batteries and 5 antennas since April!!), I'd like to have my money back.
I've involved the BBB, Planetfeedback.com, the FL Attorney General's Office, the SC Dept of Consumer Affairs (I'm in SC) and have complained to my credit card companies (I used a debit card for the battery & a credit card for the antenna). My credit card company has credited the $13.98 they charged for the antenna.
Several months and emails later between myself and Elite Wireless, I have missed the deadline for my debit card. $44.98 is still owed to me for the battery (that I never received) charged to my debit card. Elite Wireless sent BBB a letter saying they'd refund my money. A month has since passed and I STILL haven't received my money. I know that BBB is a mediator and can't do much.
That's why I wanted to involve as many parties as I could because it's unbelivable that these people will not send me my money. I've never received their product and this has dragged on since April! I have ALL of the email correspondence between myself and Elite Wireless and the letter sent to BBB from Elite Wireless.
