I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing dispute I am encountering with the above company.

Several months ago I requested a video from them - I received a 'copy'. Several e-mails later they agreed to ship an 'original' - once more I received a 'copy'. Yet more e-mails were sent and received ( all on file ). I advised them that what they were shipping was in blatant contradiction to what their website advises - met with no response.

This was also the case when I sent a digital image to them and asked for confirmation that these were indeed the shipped items - it should be noted that both packages were received intact - this is the actual merchandise that they are peddling as 'original'.

I requested a full refund - this too was ignored.

I work overseas and have just had the opportunity as view the tapes when back home, to make matters worse they are incomplete, a substantial portion of the movie is missing.

I would urge you all to stay well clear of this unscrupulous organisation.

Should you know of any contacts where I can take my complaint further I would be obliged to hear of.
