1996 grand cherokee jeep - I own a grand cherokee jeep 1996 which just stopped and would not start. called the A.A motoring services out but the failed to get it started said it was something to do with the immobilizing system yet the windows and doors opened with the keys fob ect.

got the vehicle taken to the main jeep agent for repairs

they had the vehicle for five days and despite phoning them every day they could not get the vehicle to start.

eventually they said it was the cam sensor.cost &#163230.00 sterling (eg english pounds) jeep have had this problem before as I note from complaint 6 August 2002. from gambill.

perhaps the jeep being a 1996 model chysler are not intrested ?
