iBackups.net - Today I wanted to download Adobe and somehow got iBackups.net. (Pop-up?) I thought it was part of Adobe, but since learned it isn't. I ordered the product but it wouldn't download. I then read complaints about the company (Can't find where I found that again.) so I called the credit card company but the charge had already gone through

Visa is sending me a dispute form. I tried various ways to contact iBackups but got no response. One way wouldn't recognize my email address or order number and the other was busy, busy, busy - permanently probably.

I then called Adobe and they said that iBackups is another business but not for single use - it's "just a backup." Do I have any recourse?
