My billing cycle was changed and notification was given by the provider (Sprint PCS) and my cell phones were disconnected subsequently. Upon hearing my service was interrupeted I contacted Sprint PCS and was given the run around, disconnnected on and have not received a valid answer as to why my service was disconnnected and how this issue would be rectified.

I have been a customer since 2002 and deserve some explanation to the issue at hand. Assistance to this matter is required A.S.A.P.
