Sprint is offering a "plan" for home telephone use that is priced at $49.99 + taxes and regulatory fees. However when I received my 1st bill I see that they include a surcharge for network access. This surcharge is not explained in any documentation or by the Sprint representative at the point of sale store. When I called to discuss the "PLAN" and "surcharge" is was met with rude customer server representatives and asked for a supervisor who also was rude. Sprint is fraudulently advertising there "Plan" costs and this matter will be brought to the attention of the Federal Trade Commission and Public Utility Commission and the BBB. After speaking to 5 people, 3 of which were supervisors, they offered to reduce the "Plan" cost to $47.49 per month and give a $50.00 credit for the difference. I agreed to the fee change and credit on the condition that they include the surcharge cost in there documentation in the future.
