Smokehouse restaurant, International Airport, Richmond, VA - The two young ladies on duty then, were very "lackadasical", slow, and not all that "caring" wheather they pleased the customer or not

Service at Richmond Airport Restaurant

At the Richmond Virginia International Airport the morning of July 17th, my wife, two grandchildren and I, went to the "Smokehouse" restaurant to have a soda and a sandwich while waiting for a flight departure. The two young ladies on duty then, were very "lackadasical", slow, and not all that "caring" wheather they pleased the customer or not. Especially the young lady on duty in the kitchen. She completly forgot to fill an order for a food item we had ordered and paid for. Not until we checked on it after about a 30 to 40 minute wait, did she finally get the item prepared and served. There was no rush of customers at that moment, as only two or three other's were present. It is suggested that the Manager of that Restaurant be contacted and counseled as to the attitude and poor service that the female employees demonstrated that day, and hopefully others will receive better service in the future.
