I purchased a Belkin F5D7230-4 router from Officemax on June 22, 2004. Since that time I have called Belkin Technical support about 8 times trying to get it working properly.

 

If I leave the computer and go away for several hours, I have to reboot my computer to connect to the internet. This problem didn't happen before I hooked up my Belkin router. Today technical support told me the router doesn't work properly with Toshiba cable modems and I should buy a different modem. Today, I called customer service trying to return this router. The response was we can give you a credit for buying another product. It seems to me that this response is inadequate. Belkin should either fix the problem or refund my money.
