My complaint is the confusion and customer service department with Tafford uniform company. I work in the medical field and love to order my uniforms from Tafford. Well, my last order will be my last. I called and placed an order one evening. In their catalog, they were having a really nice sale. So I ordered only two uniforms that were on sale in their catalog. As I was placing my order they gave me the total when I was finished and it did not match mine. The female taking the order on the other line said that it was okay because she put in notes what the sale price was on one of the uniforms because the computer was not showing the sale for that item.

 

Well... days later, I receive my uniforms. The reason why it wasn't the same price is because it wasn't the uniform I had ordered. So, I had called customer service to make them aware of the problem. They no longer had the uniform I was looking for so I requested another color and slight change in style and they were also going to send me a sticker to return my item free of charge (that was sent to me by mistake). Then they call back about a half of an hour later to tell me they do not have the one article and they were sorry. That was still okay.

 

I would just be credited for the uniform that I did not order. So a couple of days later I get a letter with a paper and sticker to send my articles back UPS!!!! I am from a new area at the moment and the closest UPS was at least a half of an hour to 45 minutes away! Plus I was to go in for surgery in a week that would enable me to talk for a while (vocal surgery). So upset I call in only to get a new " customer service rep. IN TRAINING". I was so angry because she had no clue as to what I was even talking about and there were two people going back and forth with me in the background. I was trying to figure out what was all being sent to me and the status of my account for this order. So, I decided to hand up and just call back.

 

I get another "customer service" representative. She then tells me they are sending a uniform to me. Here, they are sending the same one over again! So not only do I have a uniform I did not order, another one of the same thing is on the way. I was so confused. And the person on the phone made it like it was a "favor" to me that this would be free of charge to send back. So at that moment I have a uniform that I did not order and the same one on the way! I told them do not send anything else to this account! I ended up just keeping the one uniform and sending one back. Then a few days later after I sent the one back I get a statement in the mail that I owe a certain amount for uniforms. By this point I was about to blow.

 

I already had my surgery.... thought this problem was resolved, and had a statement sent for money that I owe. I e-mailed them (since I could not talk) and all they said was my package and their letter must have crossed in the mail. I understand there are mistakes, but give me a break.... Actually written this sounds so much lighter than what the whole confusing situation was. I have never had so much stupidity and ignorance on the company's part as far as the whole situation went.

I order my scrubs from www.perfectscrubs.com. I don't have any problems. They have good quality stuff and low prices. I suggest you try it

If you are all not satisfied with tafford. I buy my scrubs from www.perfectscrubs.com the Best Medical brand. I always get what i need and the customer service is great. So I would advise trying www.perfectscrubs.com they have very reasonable prices.

i ordered my scrub pants in january 2008, it is now march 17 2008. i still do not have my scrub pants, but i have had the run around, and if i do not have my scrub pants here in my hand THIS WEEK, you can forget about my oder or any other order that i would even think about odering from you. this is bad business, and the word is getting out about it. i have contacted by email, and by phone, i hear one thing and you do something else.

I used to order from Tafford now I order from MyNursingUniforms.com . Their website always works and I've never had an issue with customer service.

I like Tafford uniforms, too, but I cannot get their website to work. When I called to ask about it, they didn't seem very concerned. I've ordered via phone without trouble, but I really like to take my time and shop online. Their site looks good but is really not functionable for me. I'm looking to buy somewhere else.
