After four months, the billing has finally stopped on our charge card. The credit card company told us we had to have a cancellation number before they could do anything.

When my husband called AOL to get the number, they started asking him questions. He told them he wasn't answering questions, only wanted cancellation number and letter confirming cancellation. We received the number and letter. Our credit card company was notified and our last statement DID NOT have a charge from AOL.
