Touchtel, Bangalore, India - I am a subscriber of Touchtel in bangalore, for the last 3 months. Ever since the first month I have had billing problems which are not yet resolved I paid them an advance of Rs. 1000/- which they have not credited to my account as of now.

I am a subscriber of Touchtel in bangalore, for the last 3 months. Ever since the first month I have had billing problems which are not yet resolved I paid them an advance of Rs. 1000/- which they have not credited to my account as of now.

Every month they disconnect my voice line and I have to call them back and explain that all the bills are paid. Then they apologize and re-connect the line after a few hours. This morning they also cut the DSL connection and after I called them and explained everything all over again, they apologized and reconnected the DSL line. Every time I speak to their customer service people, they promise that the problem will be rectified in the next month's bill, but, that never happens. The Customer Service provided by Touchtel is of no use to the consumers except as a place to complain. I wish I could find somebody in Touchtel (such as Amit Tyagi) to whom I can complain and get some results. Suresh D
