Coffee retailer. Pasadena, CA location I'm disappointed. I purchased a Starbucks giftcard to replace a lost one for a friend. Upon realizing it wasn't lost, I tried to return the card for a refund and the clerk and store manager refused to provide one. I called all of the other Starbucks locations around my area and they all refused a refund.

They claimed that it's Starbucks policy not to issue refunds on giftcards. Now I'm out my money. I can see why this would be a good business move, however it's totally alienated me from this franchise. -Jeff Y

That would be like someone giving you a gift card to somewhere and you trying to return it for cash. No one is going to return your gift card, that would be ridiculous, dont be mad at Starbucks for your bad luck. Its not their fault.
