I purchased ultrex cookware from hsn, the information led me to believe that the inner coating would not come off. The sales person on the show had a drill with a wire brush attachment and showed that even metal cook ware wouldn't scratch it, now the coating is peeling and coming off the edges with a plastic like consistency. no answer from ultrex

For several years, my cookware was exclusively Ultrex. I have over 20 pieces and most of them are unusable. Two pans and one pot have peeled, no longer usuable. With use the others are doing the same. The food processor/coffee grinder just quit working. The food sealer has never sealed sufficiently. The deep fryer is OK. The large pan is peeling. I had to get a replacement lid for the crock pot and it doesn't even fit securly.

Upon contacting HSN, I was led to believe the company was out of business, possibly in bankruptcy. I inquired as to their replacement policy and was informed that there was nothing they could do.

I would love to know how to get a refund. I don't want anything else from Ultrex.
