Chase Auto
I have again today spoken to one of the so called customer service people at Chase Auto. It's sort of ironic that Chase tells me that my car note which is approximately $300.00 per month is late when they were sent a payoff by the insurance company of over $12,000.00, yet Chase insists my payment is late and is ruining my credit. They don't have any fear of doing so fraudulently, they know nothing will happen to them.
I think that everyone who has any financial relationship with Chase should proceed very cautiously as they don't feel that any laws guide their behavior and if you ask to speak to a supervisor they just talk louder than you and refuse to let you speak to anyone. I have asked to speak to Mr. Scocozza for a week now and he has been busy. My, what a hard working guy. Who will check into this company for their business practices?
