hi my complaint is about ancestry.com first of all i didn't order this , somehow when i called aol..they always try to get you to try something.which most times are good..but this ancestry.com was almost thrown on me..i decided to try it free for 30 days only bcuz the woman i spoke wit said she would send me a notice before my 30 days were up so i could have a cnace to cancel..but no notice never a notice..and then at my hardest time when i'm in finacial bondage..

 

there's 100.00 debited from my acct. i called to complain and let them know i recieved no warning that my 30 days was up..and how much i really needed my money..they don't care..the man named rob was only trying to tell me how much i'd benefit from the program..so i hung up ..i want my money back from ancestry.com !!! i need my money....even if they'd give me credit for this month..and replace my 100.00 for this month i'd be happy..

 

i'll be able to afford it in august..can anyone help me get my money back..i'm really in a finacial drought..i really really needed that 100.00 for real.. it was from my disabled son's social security benefit check that they took that 100.00 from...and we needed that money.. shame on you ancestry.com this was so heartless of you. money means more to you than your faithfulness of your members..

 

i would've kept this if i had the money..but you lied and did not give me any notice warning that my 30 days were up..shame shame shame. this really hurt my family budget this month..it really did. &#160 Click this link to e-mail the above consumer: //
