Refund

I placed an order with Speed People last year in September. They took my money out of my account the next day but I never received my stuff. I called them about my order a numerous amount of times. They kept on telling me they will send it out the next day.

Everytime I call back they will say that the packages got lost or it got messed up during delivery and they will send it out again. I still have not received my order yet. I emailed them but they never answer my emails. I tried calling them again but all the numbers I have are disconnected. I need my refund.
