Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you with anger, disappointment and sheer frustration. At the beginning of October I foolishly decided to purchase a kitchen from your store at your Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. I had various quotes from different companies, but decided to go with a name I thought I could trust and would receive excellent service. How wrong I was…? The whole experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish and I can honestly say that I would not recommend or ever want anyone to go through the same experience as I have. Buying a new kitchen is supposed to be an enjoying time, but I have to say that my bubble has been completely burst and I just want to get the kitchen fitted before anything else goes wrong! At the beginning of October George Clark from the store came to visit my home to measure up, I must say that he was very helpful and very professional, that is why one of my reasons we decided to choose Currys, but then the beginning of my horror started and I should have known at this point that it was going to be a disaster. When we went to view the plans, we were told that the computer was playing up and that the colour printer was not working. We were given our black and white floor plans which Steve Eastman had drawn up to find that when we checked through them, there was no sink, no taps and a unit missing off. This was then added and juggled around. I was slightly concerned at this point as this should have been noted and rectified by your staff not the customer.
