Yahoo - trouble logging on account

I am having problems getting into my account for yahoo.com. I have tried to put in my personal information to locate my password and user ID but am unable to connect to my e-mail. This is very frustrating because there is no one to help me or a website to go to for help. Please reply back to my e-mail as of what to do or how to go about this issue. Thank you!

Having problems not only w/Yahoo mail, but just getting into ANY Yahoo portal.

Constantly bounced-out and re-request password. Once finally logged-in, browser still randomly and contantly says "cannot display webpage."

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF, Yahoo???

We are still having the same trouble, yesterday and today, February 9th.

How else can we complain?
