To Whom It May Concern:
On February 5 & 14, 2001, we purchased a three piece sectional and an additional armless section from Robinson's May. Along with the sectionalt, we purchased Miracle Seal Plus leather protection. When we submitted a claim, we were told our claim was rejected because the small tears were not sufficient damage..
We spoke to a Miracle Seal in December and have not received a call back from a supervisor, made another call to them this morning. I have re-faxed the receipts and am still waiting to hear.
Meanwhile, I've contacted Robinson's May - who sold me the warranty as a 5 yr warranty against rips, tears, stains, lipstick stains, etc. They say call Miracle Seal - not their problem.
Can someone out there help????!!!!!!
We have been unsuccessful in obtaining a satisfactory response to our complaint over the telephone. We want Strawbridge's to give us credit toward reselection of a new sofa and love seat.
We are looking forward to your response.
