To Whom It May Concern:

On February 5 & 14, 2001, we purchased a three piece sectional and an additional armless section from Robinson's May. Along with the sectionalt, we purchased Miracle Seal Plus leather protection. When we submitted a claim, we were told our claim was rejected because the small tears were not sufficient

damage..

We spoke to a Miracle Seal in December and have not received a call back from a supervisor, made another call to them this morning. I have re-faxed the receipts and am still waiting to hear.

Meanwhile, I've contacted Robinson's May - who sold me the warranty as a 5 yr warranty against rips, tears, stains, lipstick stains, etc. They say call Miracle Seal - not their problem.

Can someone out there help????!!!!!!

We have been unsuccessful in obtaining a satisfactory response to our complaint over the telephone. We want Strawbridge's to give us credit toward reselection of a new sofa and love seat.

I have the same issue, They have rejected the claim.

I'm planning to sue them in small settlement court.

let's get together so that we might have a better case and might be able to find lawyer.

By the way do you have the document which talk about all the protections Robinson May is going to provide on the sofa. I have lost it and could find it.

I have the same problem. I am not able to catch hold of Robinson May as it is sold to Macy's. Macy's told me that it's invalid without even looking at the issue.

Can someone provide me with a Miracle seal's phone #.
