Restaurant, Sioux City, IA - unprofessional service - meat cold and tasteless

My husband and I recently tried your new restaurant in Sioux City, Iowa, and we both were very disappointed. The service was very unprofessional, what there was of the meal was very cold and tasteless. I am hoping this is a one time poor experience but I am not sure if I will be able to encourage my husband to try it at a later date. I have heard a lot of positive feedback from your restaurant but I was not impressed.

I ordered baby back ribs which had no meat on them, baked potato was dry and cold, bread was undercooked and cold and HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally dissatisfied! How are your service people trained? They were rude, did not take complaints well, and overall demeanor very unprofessional. I would like to have positive remarks to tell my friends and family but am unsure how to do this. Thank you for you time. Ponca, Nebraska, 68770
