Bonzi.com - being charged for something that don't want - unable to find e-mail address

I am being charged for something that I do not want! I have tried to find an e-mail address to send my request for cancellation to and I cannot find one! I am very upset about being charged for a service that I do not want. I downloaded a "free" MaxAlert that caused problems for my computer and I do not want the service.

Now I have received my credit card statement for Jan04, and I see that I am being charged for this service from BONZI.COM. I was not asked if I wanted it --NOTHING did I receive from Bonzi.

I want the service cancelled and my account credited immediately. I plan to contact the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NORTH CAROLINA and the SECRETARY OF STATE (of NORTH CAROLINA) TO HELP IN THIS MATTER.

If there is a known email address for Bonzi.com I will be glad to forward this infoemation to them myself! Please send me their address o0r even a telephone number. Thank you for your time and help.
