Comcast Cable, Dearborn, MI - $ 150 charge for Hi Speed Cable Modem service and Basic Cable TV service together - price too high - cancelled service

This Complaint is for COMCAST CABLE DEARBORN MICHIGAN.

I was pretty upset opening my cable bill to find that it was 150.00 which is more than double what it usually is. Knowing that I wasn't late on the previous months bill, I called them.

In my package I have High Speed Cable Modem and Basic Cable so I expect my bill to be higher than a normal cable bill, which was around 70.00 a month. The conversation with the smart mouthed customer service rep. didn't go well. After she informed me that I was not late on my bill, and that the rates when up. I Hit The Roof!

I promptly switched companys and was given a 64.00 dollar a month quote for the same service. I don't see how Comcast can raise there rates that high and think there going to stay in buisness.
