Nature's Bounty - Nutritional supplement

After purchasing a series of the same supplement from NATURE'S BOUNTY, and having all their pills decompose midway through the bottle, I called their customer service. I was told the defective product would be replaced. No replacement supplements arrived.

I called back two more times and they assured me they would be forthcoming. The replacements were never sent. Months later, they changed their story and sent me a notification demanding the DEFECTIVE SUPPLEMENTS with NO REPLACEMENTS OR COUPONS INCLUDED. I have spoken with other consumers who reported the same defects in the products of NATURE'S BOUNTY.

This company is the very first that has completely "blown me off" re' a defective product. Defective product AND lying customer service.
