BA218 Flight
My flight on BA218 was awful and the attendants handling our side of the plane (rows 32) were flight attendants from hell! My spouse did not receive any complimentary crackers (they ran out), we were offered choices of chicken or beef for dinner, yet they ran out of beef so no choice was available, there was also a shortage of ice because I was given a warm glass of apple juice & my spouse had one cube in his glass. How can a plane not completely filled run out????
Then, after 4 hrs of non-stop heavy turbulence and several beverages, my sister (with a weak bladder) and I had to use the bathroom. One of your rude male attendance insisted on reporting us to the captain. Yet, a passenger on the other side of the plane was in and out of the overhead bin and never instructed to remain in her seat!
Though the return flight was considerably better (BA219), be assured, should I return to London, I will certainly NOT use your airlines!!!
