Sub: Worning out of my front tyres in 15000kms

I am owner of a year old TATA indigo LX which has run atpresent run 17000kms. I registered a complaint regarding the same in december during my third service(19/12/03) and it was addressed by the dealer M/s KOYENCO after having a big argument on 30/12/03. The dealers had all sorts of reasoning like non availability of manpower for alignment and breakdown of alignment machine.

Further I got it checked through the dealers from outside by paying an amount of Rs.250 on 30/12/03. I was not happy with the performance and again I went to the dealers on 12/01/04 and this time they checked the aligment and said their is alignment problem and blamed the Indian roads. Then my ordeal started running from dealer office to office and atlast they said the TATA have rejected my complaint over phone as this normal wear and tear.

Then I registered a coplaint in tata motors website and after 3 reminders Mr. Thirumal from TATA motors Kochi office contacted me on 23/01/04 to say that he will be out of city and address my complaint after comming back. This is the customer service given to me by India's number one automobile manufacturer. I am still waiting for a reply and also cursing why I went for such a product. Through you If I can reach some of the managers I would be grateful
