On January 19, 2004 I visited my product store on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem N.C to inquire about my contract renewal date and my nokia phone that has not worked properly since December 7th. The woman who waited on me left me standing at the counter over 30 minutes and never could provide any information other than something totally foreign to my inquiry.
While I waited another employee who was working came out and I asked him if the woman intended to return to give me any information, He went inside ( I assume the area where employees have records etc.) where she had gone and came back to tell me that she said she would call me when she found out what I needed. Today is January 26, 2004 and I still have not heard a word. Meanwhile I still do not have phone service and on line help is not available.
My bill in all probability will not reflect the non availability of service nor inconvenience to me during this period although I would hope this will not be the case. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years and hope that I can remain one but with this lack of customer concern it makes the choice difficult. My name is Frederick T
