I have a major complaint about Pilgrim Motor Sports. I ordered a snowmobile from them on friday 1/23. they delivered at 1 a.m. I ordered a 2004 they sent a 2003. I discussed the option of electric start and that's what I thought I was getting. It was pull start.

I thought I'd give it a chance anyway as that price was $400 less. There was no way I could start it. The driver could not start it. I called them.

They promised me the "moon". However, they lie and continue to lie. They said they would send an elec. start, same snowmobile, only difference would be blue and white letters instead of yellow. That was yet another LIE! They sent a totally different model, electric start, but again 2003 year

. I am so frustrated. I just want what I ordered and to top it off they are charging me 2004 prices for 2003 snowmobiles! What recourse do I have? I need all the help I can get.
