To Whom It May Concern,
I call on the phone and I can't get trough. I was on waiting for over 20 min., then, I went on the internet and you have no catagory for problem questions.
All I want to know is that I programed my coffee maker to go on at 6AM and when I got up, I had hot water in the pot, no coffee. This has happened to me these last 2 mornings. What could be the problem that is causing this. It's probably something minor.
