Servis washer from Littlewoods - won't spin

i ordered a servis washer from littlewoods it was delivered yesterday ,it wont spin! i rang littlewoods up they said they would send someone to repair it,i rang the trading standards office and they told me to reject the washer as it was brand new and faulty,i rang littlewoods about 6 times today ,they told me to ring the manufacturers,i did ! they told me they would repair it.

I told them i want it changing not repairing as it was faulty it was my right under the sale of goods act.

I rang littlewoods back and they were rude and very unhelpful ,i have now put my complaint in writing to them and sent it recorded delivery ,i am disgusted with their customer service
