Maytag Neptune washer/dryer stackable

Have a 3 1/2 year old Maytag washer/dryer stackable unit which has been repaired 6 times. Door locking assemblies twice, 3 motor boards, 2 motors, wire harness, spin acceleratorand right now machine needs 5 new parts.

Maytag factory service cancels appointments without notifying me, always has parts on back order.....is about the worst company I've ever had to deal with.....Because it's a stackable, it takes two repairmen to service.

They are usually unable to be matched up to share one appointment. I've waited three weeks and still haven't had my machine repaired. It's the worst piece of junk I've ever owned... and Oh, there is mold inside the washer, on the rubber and water leaks when the door is closed.
