This refers to various telephonic conversations with your local office and written complaint earlier submitted on whirlpool web site, I would like to narrate my (pathetic) service experience. 1. My old TVS machine was upgraded on 18/02/03 as per your job card no 13367153/32986 by sterling enterprises who were directed by whirlpool to carry out minor repairs along with up gradation. It appears as soon as my job was done the engineer and agency both were terminated. How sad!

 

2 I paid Rs. 6500/- to upgrade the machine for few switches and gadgets and you could fool me and I appreciate that.

 

3. I was told along with this I will get 2 years warranty valid till 17/02/05. I am still awaiting the same.

 

4. In spite of repeated reminders and tele calls I am still to receive warranty papers. What happens if any thing goes wrong? Will you respond the way you should? Santosh K
