I bought a BATA shoe (brand - flexible) on 8th June costing Rs. 1799/- vide your bill no 8659 dated 8/6/03 at MG road store, Pune.

Though my usage is less (this a confession and not a statement to make my case/point stronger) in last few days I found that (I was in Delhi) my left sock is getting dirty and I found no leakage. I went to the store today where from I bought the shoe and showed them.

After closer inspection store people found that there is cut in the sole and it is a uniform cut in both shoes as the rubber surface of shoe, which in contact with sole is hardly 2-3 mm. They offered me free replacement of sole, I feel did not buy shoe only for this sake. I bought it for comfort and style and paid money for quality and brand. Santosh K
