Back Bay Coach complaint
Hello, My name is Elisa Paquet, and on Dec 31, 2003 I used the airport shuttle service Back Bay coach. My flight was schedule for 5:30am so Back Bay arranged to pick me up at 3:15am. The driver wasn't at my apartment at 3:15 so I called the main line and no one picked up.
I left two voicemails and finally at 3:40am the driver called to say he was on his way. I was finally picked up at 3:47am and then we had to pick up another person before going to the airport. I then emailed the customer service department twice and they still haven't responded to me.
