My complaint is with a company called Impala Bob's...I ordered a radio from them...an item that their website showed as in stock...I received an email from this company that said I could track the item via Federal Express...I tried the link that they provided only to find out that they did not have this item in stock after all but had to have it sent to me thru the manufacturer...

 

I called their 800 phone number and talked to a character named Scott...this guy was rude and condescending...

 

I have no intention of waiting 2-3 weeks as they stated was the wait time on a product that I can buy and have shipped from a reputable company...thank you...
